Springer Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home set in the beautiful village of Llansteffan, Carmarthenshire,(Llansteffan featured on BBC’s Countryfile One Man and His Dog in 2018) and more recently with Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent in More 4’s series “Best of Britain by the Sea”. With only a 300 yard walk to either the beach or the village, it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family and your dogs. Accepting up to four dogs, the house has been fully refurbished and offers enclosed landscaped gardens and a large patio. Springer Cottage is a Visit Wales four star graded property and benefits from Wi-Fi, giving you access to the internet on your mobile devices during your stay.

SPRINGER COTTAGE

Springer cottage is set on a very quiet road, with parking for two cars at the front of the property, and then a 300 yard walk to the beach or to the village, both which can easily be accessed through the back garden gate. Having being fully refurbished, this spacious home has a fully fitted kitchen,and an open plan living area which leads out to a private, block paved patio and landscaped garden complete with patio furniture and barbecue. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin sleeping six people along with a newly fitted bathroom. The house is ideally situated for enjoying the peace and tranquility of this beautiful welsh village. Springer Cottage has a no smoking policy.

In April 2012 Springer Cottage was first awarded a four star grading by “VISIT WALES”, thus ensuring a measured standard of quality.

Outside the back garden is made up of three areas.

The block paved patio complete with patio set for 6 and a barbecue, a lawned area which leads to a tiered bark section and a section of shrubs bedded in slate chips. At the top of the garden is the back gate which leads to the village and the beach.
